Splitboard Bindings Surge ST
The Surge ST bindings are trusted by both professional riders hunting for big lines and mountain legends. This is a powerful binding designed for demanding days and challenging descents. The full baseplate construction (without cutouts), stiffer Asym Rip 'N' Flip highbacks, and more supportive Pillow Line ankle straps combine forces to provide riders with maximum control in difficult terrain. All Surge ST bindings utilize our industry-leading Tesla T1 technology. Our Smooth Touring (ST) technology is applied in the ST Brackets and ST Whammy Bars. These components use a patented thermoplastic blend that is molded directly onto the metal parts, reducing friction, increasing durability, and improving performance during ascents.

Asym Rip 'N' Flip Highbacks
Our Surge ST Asym Rip 'N' Flip highbacks incorporate a high percentage of fiberglass, providing a stiff flex and maximum responsiveness. Bindings are equipped with a dedicated left and right highback, enhancing ergonomics, comfort, and control. The top of the highback is flatter, giving riders excellent lateral mobility. All Rip 'N' Flip highbacks feature a tool-free lean adjuster (FLAD) for easy switching between tour and ride modes
ST Touring Brackets
ST Touring Brackets combine the best features of aluminum and thermoplastics. We mold our custom thermoplastic blend directly onto the aluminum base and through its holes, creating bushings that last four times longer than their previous brass version.
ST Whammy Bars
The ST Whammy Bar heel wire is built directly into the baseplate. Thermoplastic is molded at the wire's contact point with the baseplate, allowing for an exceptionally smooth transition of the heel wire position on steep ascents. During ascents, you can easily switch it between the folded position, low (12°), high (18°), and back again
Pillow Line Straps
The Pillow Line Straps are lightweight, durable, comfortable, waterproof, and have a one-piece molded construction, manufactured entirely in our factory. The ankle straps on the Surge ST model are wider and more built-up around the boot than the Arc ST version, providing maximum support and foot lock for the rider in challenging terrain. The toe straps are designed to be worn over the toe cap, but they also fit perfectly as traditional top straps.
