Splitboard Bindings Surge ST
The Surge ST bindings are trusted by both professional riders hunting for major lines and mountain legends. This is a powerful binding, designed for demanding days and challenging descents. The full baseplate construction (no cutouts), stiffer Asym Rip 'N' Flip highbacks, and supportive Pillow Line ankle straps come together to provide riders with maximum control in difficult terrain. All Surge ST bindings use our industry-leading Tesla T1 technology. Our Smooth Touring (ST) technology has been applied to the ST Brackets and ST Whammy Bars. These components use a patented blend of thermoplastic that is molded directly onto the metal parts, reducing friction, increasing durability, and improving performance when ascending.

Asym Rip 'N' Flip Highbacks
Our Surge ST Asym Rip ‘N’ Flip highbacks contain a large amount of fiberglass blend, providing a stiff flex and maximum responsiveness. The bindings feature dedicated left and right highbacks to improve ergonomics, comfort, and control. The upper part of the highback is flatter, providing riders with excellent lateral mobility. All Rip 'N' Flip highbacks have a tool-free forward lean adjuster (FLAD), allowing easy switching between tour and ride modes.
ST Touring Brackets
The ST Touring Brackets combine the best features of aluminum and thermoplastics. We mold our custom plastic blend directly onto the aluminum base and through its holes, creating bushings that last four times longer than their previous brass version.
ST Whammy Bars
The ST Whammy Bar climbing wire is integrated directly into the baseplate. The thermoplastic molded at the point where the wire contacts the baseplate allows for incredibly smooth transitions of the climbing wire position on steep ascents. During ascent, you can easily switch it between collapsed, low (12°), high (18°) positions and back
Pillow Line Straps
Pillow Line Straps are lightweight, durable, comfortable, waterproof, and have a one-piece molded design, produced entirely in our factory. The ankle straps in the Surge ST model are wider and more built around the boot than in the Arc ST version, providing the rider with maximum support and foot lockdown in demanding terrain. The toe straps are designed to be worn over the toe cap of the boot, but also fit excellently as traditional top-strap fastenings.
